FREE MEAL WHEEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The wheel will be spun on pre-determined evenings by the owners, Advertised on that specific morning – on face book only.
  • For the sake of these terms and conditions, all apply to both of the two different wheels and promotions available.
  • Neither promotion will be run during TT Fortnight, MGP Fortnight, or during the month of December.
  • The time of the spin of the wheel will not be advertised apart from to say ‘between 5pm-10pm’ this is intentional as the spin times will vary.
  • The wheel will be spun by either a customer, or a manager on the night.
  • The promotion only applies to the Barbary Coast, and no other restaurant or associated businesses with the Barbary Coast or Andaz Limited.
  • Whichever table number the wheel lands on when completed spinning, that table will receive free meals on the night. And not any other night.
  • The meals covered are any STARTERS, MAIN COURSES & DESSERTS
  • The promotion does not run for the whole of the evening, when the wheel is spun, only customers seated at the winning table number are winners. Once spun and a winner decided, that is the end of the promotion. With no exceptions. This will not carry on for any other customers who sit at the winning table, nor any other customers at any other table.
  • No drinks whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic will be covered for the deal.
  • The winners cannot exchange any meal for anything else. (e.g. you cannot say you do not want a dessert, and can you have a drink instead)
  • The winners cannot order more than one round of courses of food (e.g they can only order one set of starters, one set of main courses, and one set of desserts)
  • All the sides for the main courses are covered in the winning prize.
  • Customers can not exchange the winning offer for anything else.
  • The winners can not buy any other people on another table any food.
  • The winners cannot invite other people to sit at their table once they have won.
  • The winners will receive the same amount of meals at the table; as to how many people are sitting at the table, (e.g. if the winning table when spun has 3 people sitting at it at the point of winning, they can only order 3xstarters, 3xmain courses, and 3xdesserts)
  • The winners cannot offer any part of their winning food to anyone else, (e.g if the winners only want to eat a main course, they cannot order starters or desserts for someone else.)
  • If the winners have not ordered their food at the point of winning, once their order is placed, the meals will be free.
  • If the winners have already eaten their food but not paid, their bill when sent to the table will have any food deducted from it.
  • If the winners have already eaten their food and paid for it, but are still sat at the table, they will be refunded in full for any food that they have paid for.
  • If the winners have already eaten their food and paid for it, and are still sat at the table, once they have been refunded they cannot decide to then order more food just because they were the winners. The promotion will only cover what they had at the time.
  • If the table number that is spun has no one sat on there, the wheel will be spun again until a winning table – with customers on it – has been spun.
  • Under no circumstances should the winning number spun with no one at the table, will any other table be given the prize. A winning table with customers sat at it – must be the only winning table.
  • Under no circumstances will ANY other table receive any free meals apart from the winning table that is spun.
  • In the situation of a two or more tables being placed together to create larger parties, ONLY THE MEALS ORDERED ON THE WINNING TABLE NUMBER will be for free (e.g we have 12 people sitting on a row of tables numbered 17, 18, 19, & 20 and the wheel spins in table number 20. ONLY THE 4 MEALS ON TABLE 20 ARE FREE – NOT THE WHOLE TABLE OF 12 PEOPLE)
  • The winning table number that is spun will only win at the time of spinning, and does not continue to the next customers sitting at it, or any customers sitting at it beforehand.
  • The owners reserve the right to stop / not run / not allow anyone / to win at their own descression.
  • In the event that the winning table number that is spun, has customers who have just left/walked away from the table – and this is being relayed for the next customer – the customers WHO ARE WAITING FOR THE TABLE will be the winners and not the customers who have left the table. (this means anyone person/group who have left the table CANNOT BE WINNERS)
  • Any person who tries to abuse the winning deal, will automatically forfeit any winning meals they have been offered and will have to pay for everything they have had in full.

MEAL DEAL WHEEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The wheel will be spun on pre-determined evenings by the owners, Advertised on that specific morning – on face book only.
  • The time of the spin of the wheel will not be advertised apart from to say ‘between 5pm-10pm’ this is intentional as the spin times will vary.
  • The wheel will be spun by either a customer, or a manager on the night.
  • Whichever segment the wheel lands on, every table in that are seated will receive this promotion.
  • Any persons seated at earlier times, or tables that are seated after the spinning segment, will NOT receive the promotion. THIS MEANS THAT ONLY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IN THE BUILDING AND SEATED FOR EATING AND DRINKING WILL RECEIVE ANY PRIZE.
  • The promotion does not run for the whole of the evening, when the wheel is spun, only customers seated at tables at this time are winners. Once spun and a prize decided, that is the end of the promotion. With no exceptions.
  • Whichever segment the promotion lands on, this is the only promotion that will be given to ALL the customers. (e.g. if 20% food discount is the winning segment, this is all that will be given to the customers – they will not receive any other promotion)
  • Winners cannot exchange the prize for anything else.
  • If for example the winning prize is an item (e.g free soft drink) then all customers will receive ONLY ONE free drink each and no more.
  • Customers who do not wish to receive the winning item, cannot order one for somebody else, nor can they order two of the item because someone else does not want theirs.
  • The following prizes that can be won are listed below, there will be no other options of prizes available:
  • 5% Food Discount, 10% Food Discount, 15% food Discount, 20% Food Discount, 25% Food Discount, Bottle of House Wine, Free Sides, Free Milkshake, Alcoholic Drink, Kids Eat Free, Soft Drink, Starter Each, Dessert Each, 50% off voucher.
  • The wheel will hold a total of eight different winning segments, these segments will be changed for every wheel spinning night by management. There will be no specific order to these items, and will be completely randomly decided.
  • Food Discount Winning Prizes: if one of the various food discount prizes is the winning segment, this discount will only be given at that point, during that specific night. It cannot be used for another time or date. The discount will be given to only the food that has been purchased on the customer’s final bill, and will not include any drinks.
  • Bottle of House Wine: if this segment is the winning prize, all tables in the restaurant will receive only one bottle of house wine from the menu. This covers white, red and rose house wine only. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, numbers 1,2 & 3 White Wines, 13 & 14 Rose Wines, and 15, 16 & 17 Red Wines – all numbered on our wine menu. NO OTHER WINES whatsoever may be claimed or received. the prize will be one bottle per table, each table number is indicated clearly AND THIS WILL NOT be one bottle per person. There must be someone aged 18years or over at the table to receive the winning prize, in conjunction with Manx law, suitable identification may be asked for by staff and management, and reserve the right to give the prize if they do not receive such I.D. the wine can be drank at the table on the night, or if the customers so wish, may take it away to consume. Customers under no circumstances are to allow anyone under the age of 18 to consume the wine within the premises, and management have the right to take the wine away from the table, should they feel that this is the case. Andaz limited hold a strict policy that no one under the age of 18 may consume alcohol in the premises. If the customers had already ordered a bottle of house wine at the point of winning, they CANNOT choose to have this removed from their bill instead.
  • Alcoholic Drink: if this segment is the winning prize – only one alcoholic drink per person will be issued. Management will go to every table to find out what drink they would like. Customers can choose up to 1 full pint of draught products, 1 bottle of beer/cider products, one small glass of house wine only (numbers on the wine menu as above) 1 spirit available on the bar. CUSTOMERS CANNOT ORDER THE FOLLOWING: Doubles of any spirit, large glasses of wine, cocktails of any type, full bottles of any spirit or any bottle of wine on the menu or available and on show behind the bar. Customers ordering a spirit cannot order a mixer to go with it for free. (e.g. if someone was to order a gin and tonic, only the Gin will be given free and they will have to pay for the tonic). To receive the free alcoholic drink customers who do not look over 18 years of age will be asked to show identification to prove they are old enough to receive the free drink. Management reserve the right to not allow anyone a winning drink if I.D. is not shown. Customers cannot order a drink for someone else at the table, all customers will be individually asked. Customers CANNOT ask for drinks that are already on their bill to be removed instead of receiving their free drink (e.g any drinks that have been ordered before the winning spin MUST be paid for.) customers CANNOT ask can they take their drink out of the premises on this promotion. Drinks cannot be ‘carried over’ to a different day or time, nor a different time on the winning night. A list of winning drinks will be taken table by table, placed at the bar, and all poured and delivered to the tables in one full go. After this has been done, no more drinks will be issued, and this will be classed as the end of the promotion. Anyone under the age of 18 years CANNOT have a soft drink instead, they will not be entitled to a drink on this winning segment (as soft drinks are a completely different winning segment on the promotion [see below] ).
  • Free Sides: if this is the winning segment, any sides ordered WITH A MEAL will be deducted from the bill of the customers , should the customers not have ordered at the time of the winning spin, once they have placed their order, the sides will be removed. Customers CANNOT ORDER ANY MORE THAN 2 SIDES PER MEAL, and may not just order a number of sides to come out – thinking that they will be free. ONLY regular size sides will be allowed on the promotion and NOT large sides.This promotion ONLY applied to sides that have been ordered with a meal, and not ordered individually. Should the winning customer have already paid their bill, and are still seated drinking at their table – they would be refunded for the sides (this rule applies to all other promotion wins as well)
  • Free Milkshake: the milkshake will be one small milkshake only from the menu. Large milkshakes or alcoholic milkshakes will not apply. Adults and children will be entitled to the free milkshake. As per all other winning promotions, staff will go to each table individually and take their orders. Once the full restaurant has been done, no other milkshakes can be ordered, and the promotion will be considered finished. Any milkshakes that had already been ordered before the winning segment was decided must be paid for, they cannot be deducted from the bill instead.
  • Kids Eat Free: this will apply to any kids who have ordered already, any that have been paid for already will be refunded, any waiting to order will be deducted from the bill when taken to the table. Should a table who are waiting to order and will receive the promotion – ADULTS MAY NOT order a kids meal to justify trying to get the meal for free. This will apply to kids only and for the purposes of these terms and conditions, will will consider 12 years and under as the ages to receive this promotion. Management as always will make any decisions on any promotion under their own merit.
  • Soft Drink: should this be the winning segment any customer who is seated will be entitled to one free non-alcoholic drink only. These cannot be exchanged for anything else, and as per all other segments, cannot be deducted from the bill, staff will take all orders at once, and the promotion will then be considered finished. Alcoholic drinks cannot not be ordered as an alternative.
  • Starter Each & Dessert Each: the same rules apply to both of these winning segments, customers who have already ordered their starters/desserts will have these deducted from their bill at the end, each promotion is a separate one (e.g. if starters is the winning prize – only starters will be deducted and vice versa for desserts) any customer still waiting to order will have this deducted from their bill at the point of paying. The promotion will only apply to any table seated at the time, and no tables before or after the point of the winning spin.
  • 50% off Food Voucher: if this is the winning segment. Each table will receive only ONE voucher per table, tables are decided by each table which has a table number on it no matter how many people are sitting at the table. The voucher entitles that table/person who receives the voucher to 50% off their food bill THE NEXT TIME they come to the Barbary Coast. The voucher CANNOT be used on that winning date by anyone. The voucher will not entitle the winner to claim any drinks whatsoever. The voucher will have a maximum of 6 people allowed as a maximum on it. so should the winner turn up with more than 6 people at the table only 50% discount will be applied to 6 meals (starters, mains and desserts) any more than 6 of any course ordered WILL NOT be covered by the voucher. The voucher will only be valid for 1 month. The voucher will not be allowed to be used on a Saturday, TT fortnight, MGP fortnight or December.
  • Management and directors of the company reserve the right to change / alter / add any new conditions and post them as and when convenient.
  • Management decisions on all promotions will be final and non changeable.
